Today, I’m in the hot seat. I sat down with my friend and radio host Andreas Graulund to share the story of how and why I started the Nordic FoodTech podcast. So Andy, the tables have turned today and you are going to be interviewing me for the Nordic FoodTech podcast. So, maybe start by saying who you are and then I'll let you ask me all the questions.

So, my name is Andy. I'm from Denmark and for the last few years, I’ve been doing podcasts. So, I have a lot of experience talking on a microphone and talking to and about people and all that stuff. I've been doing a lot of that. I love music. My podcast was about music and I’ve been working on a lot of different things in that regard. I'm also a web developer. I do some web development for the Danish National Broadcasting Corporation. Again, something that's very much focused on radio, podcasting, and stuff like that. So, I think this is kind of cool and I'm very happy that you brought me in for this.
